Breakfast		Scrambled Eggs plated with Havarti Cheese & Seasoned Tomatoes. Served with Grilled Ham & Hot Biscuits. Served at 9:00am	Homemade Sausage Pinwheels. Served with Muffins, Fresh Fruit and Yogurt. Served 'Counter Style'
Lunch		Fresh Chicken Salad Sandwich with Grapes & Nuts, Served on a Croissant. Paired with Baked Potato Soup, topped with Bacon & Cheddar Cheese. Dessert: Fresh Baked Cookies Served at 12:30pm
Dinner	Homemade Beef Lasagna. Served with Seasonal Vegetables, an Italian Salad and Garlic Bread. Dessert: Jean's Homemade Banana Pudding Served at 6:30pm	Herbed Pork Loin. Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans. Dessert: Lemon Cake with Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting Served at 6:30pm
