Service begins at 9:00am	Buttermilk Biscuits with Homemade Sausage Gravy Includes Eggs, Sausage Patties and Roasted Potatoes. Served with Fresh Fruit. Service begins at 10:30am
Lunch		Roasted Turkey and Provolone Panini Served with our Seasoned Roasted Potatoes and Roasted Red Pepper Aioli Dipping Sauce. Includes Spring Bleu Salad with Toasted Walnuts and Balsamic Syrup. Dessert: Fresh Baked Cookies Service begins at 12:30pm
Dinner	Chicken Gorgonzola Pasta Farfella Pasta Tossed with Creamy Gorgonzola Bechemel, Savory Sautéed Mushrooms and Sliced Seasoned Grilled Chicken. Includes Chef's Choice Fresh Seasonal Vegetable. Served with Fresh Italian Salad with our Southern Italian Viniagrette. Dessert: Fresh Baked Brownies with Homemade Caramel Sauce and Frangelica Infused Fresh Whipped Cream. Service begins at 7:00pm	Roasted Pork Tenderloin Pork Cutlets with Caramelized Shallots and Bourbon Reduction. Sides include Chipotle Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Chef's Choice Salad, and Baked Bread. Dessert: Ol' Fashion Peach Crisp with Peach Brandy Infused Whipped Cream. Service begins at 6:30pm

Dinner	Sirloin Tacos Served Over Homemade Corn Tortillas, Topped with Cojita Cheese and Fresh Cilantro. Served with Mexican Risotto, Burracho Beans and Chef's Choice Grilled Fresh Vegetables.
