My group of friends from Harlingen, Austin & the Dallas area had a fabulous retreat in McKinney this past weekend. It was so fun to catch up with old friends & make a few new ones in such a relaxing inn. Thank you, Jennifer for anticipating our every need. You have put so much thought into your amenities. I'll be back for my fourth visit soon! My group has allready booked another trip.

We stayed at the Tyler house this past weekend.  The house takes you back to a different era that was wonderful!  The house is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.  We had plenty of room to work, a well stocked store, use of a cricut and many cartridges, and a computer!  Who could ask for more??!!  I can't wait to go again! 

Well we did come back this past june 2011 w/ a few new girls in our group and they too enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere yet modern feel to the retreat. We love the special gifts that are left on our tables to get our creative ideas going.  Thanks for such a nice place to get away from it all.

I recently returned from a stay at your Tyler location with some friends from college.  We had such a wonderful time!  We were blown away by the extra care and hospitality that was offered and the comfy beds! We did not opt for the personal chef, but hopefully next time we will.  This was amazing and I will be returning!

We stayed at McKinney last year and are at Tyler this year. LOVE IT!!!

I just returned from Memory Lane in Tyler! Awesome experience! Food was fabulous!  My compliments to Chef Cody!

Accomodations were excellent!  Scrapping facilities were fantastic! Excellent atomosphere for anyone....scrappers to quilters..relaxing, peaceful, entertaining! Other quests were wonderful! No problems at all...no complaints! Except, our time went by too fast!

We were given a sneak peak tour of Memory Lane Inn Tyler today and it is absolutely stunning.  The home alone is a treat in itself but when you add in the wonderful set up of the crop areas and all of amenities offered this location may just be my new favorite retreat location.  Thank you Jennifer for the tour.  We can't wait for our stay there in a couple of months.

this was our 2nd trip to your place in McKinney and again we had just a wonderful - relaxing time.  the place is immaculate and spacious and we are coming back in october and next year too. it's so close to where a lot of us live and yet far enough away to forget it all.  thanks again.

This was my first retreat, but it won't be my last. I would rate Memory Lane Inn at 5 STARS. This is such an excellent place to relax, scrap and socialize. The house is wonderful, clean, well-stocked, and quite spacious! The craft room is the best craft space around. I'm telling all the crafters I know about this place, and I'm coming back this summer. Our chef was so wonderful, and I wish I could just take her home with me! Thank you so much for the terrific experience!

Love the house. Decor is amazing! Stacey & Summer (chefs) are just great! This is my new favorite place! I'll be booking for next Jan/Feb.

The best scrapbook retreat ever! Thank you so much for offering such a great place. I loved the location, rooms, bathrooms, food, space to crop, etc. Will definitely recommend this place. The chefs were very, very, friendly.

Had a wonderful time! Meals were delicious and generous portions. Comfortable beds and very nice bedding/linens/towels. Great cropping area, nice big tables, good lighting.

1. Love all the attention to every little detail. They don't go unnoticed: ear plugs, down comforters, Bath & Body Works hand soap, etc. 2. All the FREE snacks! 3. 6 foot tables! YES! Plus, loved the crop room - had the right amount of space. 4. Meals were GREAT!

Awesome! I don't want to leave. Everything was so welcoming and I felt so pampered. I liked having the choice of bringing our own food to fix, or having a chef cook for you. Snacks were nice and handy-especially the small 100 calorie ones. The guest directory helped us find what we needed, and the discount at the local scrapbook store was nice. We want to return!

Jennifer, I just had to tell you again how much fun our group had at your place. We will DEFINITELY be booking again for next October and we REALLY would LOVE to be on any waiting list you have for any openings this spring. We enjoyed everything so much the group would like me to find out if we could book ahead for one fall and one spring retreat with you for the next few years!!! =) Your attention to detail EVERYWHERE made our stay SO enjoyable. Jennifer, My weekend at Memory Lane Inn was so wonderful. I haven't stopped telling my friends about it. The best part was having amazing meals prepared for us and then having it cleaned up after us. Literally, I felt like instead of me being the "mom", someone else was the mom. It was such a nice break for me. The scrap studio is great, the beds are soooo comfortable. While we were there we looked online to see when we could plan our next trip with you. It looks like you are booked until December 2009. Is there any way that we could be put on a wait list? All of us want to go again, but don't want to wait for a whole year!

Just wanted to let you know that we had a very nice time at the Inn over the 4th of July. I am 8 months pregnant and it was a perfect retreat; not too far from home or the hospital. It was so nice to go inside and lie down when I was tired; the whole experience was relaxing. And I finished the scrapbook I was working on, which was a big goal before the baby is born. I was most impressed by the thoughtfulness of every aspect. From earplugs to night lights to corkscrews, it seems like you have thought of everything. That made it so pleasant.

Memory Lane Inn was even better than I imagined. I’ve never been to a retreat like this and I can’t wait until I can go back. They have thought of everything to pamper their guests and ensure that you get as much scrapbooking done as you can stay awake to do! The food was wonderful and it was so nice that the chef served us. You truly felt pampered and didn’t lift a finger. The scrapbooking tables are great because you have enough room to spread out all your tools & embellishments as well as have room to crop. And the Cricut machine was so cool and great to use. I haven’t been to another crop where they had one, so this was definitely a perk in my book. Thank you for a truly fun experience and a much needed Mom break! See you again soon!

Thank you for a wonderful weekend! Close enough to go home, yet far enough to get lots accomplished. I loved the chance to crop Thursday since I wasn't able to stay Friday and Saturday. Please call me - I'd love to see what's left for 2008 and plan two events for 2009!

I had such an incredible time this weekend! The crop room was amazing and the snacks/coffee kept me croppin' until 5:30 in the morning (I have never accomplished so much in just a few days). The food was more fabulous than any words could ever describe - pork so tender I cut it with my fork, muffins and brownies from scratch, everything was so fresh and flavorful. It was beyond helpful to have every meal prepared, served and cleaned up - we didn't lift a finger in the kitchen the entire time! I truly felt pampered and was not ready to leave at checkout time - thank you for an amazing experience.

Thank you for a wonderful facility! This is absolutely perfect! All the extras are what keeps you above the rest. Loved the Cricut Expression machine and noticed you put a brand new mat out for our use! Loved the computer access and the cutting mats at each table. Kitchen is amply supplied and worked well for us! I'll definitely be back.

A group of us stayed in the Lofty Ladies room this past weekend. All the positive comments are echoed by us all. We've already re-booked the entire house for October. Your standards are high, and we appreciate that immensely.

Jennifer, my 3 friends & I thoroughly enjoyed our first retreat at Memory Lane Inn Tyler! The place is spectacular, immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully planned through out. We had a great time and it was truly relaxing and refreshing for us. The big front porch is perfect for early morning quiet time, very peaceful. We weren't sure at first about not having our meals prepared for us, since that is what we have been accustomed to elsewhere; but, in the end, we all four decided that is was nice not having to be on any schedule whatsoever. There really were plenty of places to eat close by. It was also nice to be centrally located to shopping ~ love the runs to the scrapbook store, Hobby Lobby and Wal-Mart! We will definitely be back and bringing more friends in tow with us! Your mom has the perfect special touch and so glad we got to meet her right before we left. Thank you again, Jennifer!

Jennifer, I just wanted you to know how very much I enjoyed my stay at your quaint retreat house. My daughter, Holly, treated me to this entire trip. I have never relaxed so much in my life... there was just nothing to do but have fun. I am fairly new at scrapping. The beds were wonderful, the towels were so girl, and the bath so cute. I took home a set of your shampoo and shower gel as a memory. Thank you also for the gift on our tables. The ladies that cooked... I felt like I was walking into my house as a child, and smelled mom cooking..... thank you, thank you - Gloria from Washington.
