Reservations

To secure your spot immediately, you can reserve online here.  You can also call us at 469-228-0900, but your dates wont be secured until we confirm your reservation with you on the phone.

Yes. Simply use our online reservation system to reserve all the rooms. You’ll receive a discount for booking all the rooms at once.

Check-in is at 6:00 a.m. and check-out is 3:00 p.m.

All reservations include arrival on the Thursday before your weekend at no additional cost. You can extend your stay by arriving as early as Wednesday and/or staying until Monday for a small fee.

Reservations are made by the room, not per person. We do have two smaller rooms that accommodate up to three guests – you can book one of these rooms and bring a friend or two with you, or enjoy by yourself, at the same price.

No, we do not accept weekday only reservations – all reservations require a Friday & Saturday night stay.

Payments

To secure your reservation, we require a small deposit at the time your reservation is placed.

You can make a partial or full payment any time up to 30 days prior to your arrival.

Any remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, and will automatically be applied to the card used for the deposit.

You can make secure payments online or mail us a check.  We accept Visa, MC and Discover.

Yes!  An email will be sent to the individual making the reservation, which includes a link to make a secure payment, for any amount.

Frequent Stay Rewards

Our Frequent Stay Rewards program allows you to stay for free after every 5th paid visit!  Stay 5 more times and get another free weekend!  There’s no limit to the number of free weekends you can earn.

Misc

We have a virtual tour as well as an interactive floor plan so you can enjoy a walk-through without having to leave your house.  Both can be found on our Inn page here.

We don’t offer in-person tours due to timing limitations between reservations and our cleaning schedule.
