Memory Lane Inn is a modern farmhouse sitting atop a hill with breathtaking views of the city, while only 1/2 mile from it’s charming square bustling with wineries, award-winning restaurants and unique shops. The inn includes 3 tastefully appointed guest rooms, a craft studio with 6′ workstations that are height adjustable, a dining room with custom seating for 12, a home theater with leather recliners and 5.1 surround sound, and plenty of privacy and parking on its 1 acre lot.

The owner’s suite has a modern farmhouse feel, with black metal & wood furnishings and a shiplap accent wall.  A beamed vaulted ceiling provides height and opens the room up.  The walk-in closet has built-in shelves and cubbies, allowing plenty of room to hang clothes and store luggage. 

The en suite bath provides plenty of space with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a huge soaking tub for the ultimate in relaxation.

The living room opens to the kitchen and breakfast area, and along with the airy cathedral ceiling and wall of windows overlooking the back of the property, really opens up the space.

When you’re ready for a quick break, our full body massage chair quietly waits for you in the corner, where you can choose your massage from the remote for a quick treatment.

Home Theater

The perfect spot for a break or a movie night!  Our home theater features real leather recliners with drink holders, blankets, a huge flat screen TV with 5.1 home theater surround, more than 1,000 movies to choose from – and of course popcorn!

Dining Room

Our custom built 10′ dining table is the focal point of the dining room.  Made to our specs by a local craftsman in Carrollton, it seats all 12 of our guests at a single table, promoting unity and community.

Behind the table you’ll find our oversized word wall.  Get creative!  Grab the letters and spell out a joke, your favorite lyrics, or call out that special occasion to the entire house.

On the other end of the dining room, in the foyer, is our photo wall.  Strike a pose with your friends for an instant memento of your weekend, then add it to your scrapbook! We provide the props, tripod and background – you provide the crazy.
